Some of you may know me as Lindsey, or Falyndeire (my lame-o, old as dust, seldom used AIM account) or even as Fruit and Nuts. I thought I'd finally try my hand at this blogging business myself in order to make myself feel less like a visitor in the blog world that I've become so attached to. My house may go less cleaned, the dishes sit in the sink for a few hours longer than usual, or the litter box less frequently scooped - no one is paying attention but me.
As tempted as I am to launch into a not so brief synopsis of the years past that have made me who and what I am, I am going to step away from that soapbox. We all know that life consists of utter joy, the depths of despair, and all that is in between. All we can hope to do is grow as parents, friends, sisters, spouses and try to focus on the joy more often than we do the pain.
To conclude my first, official blog post, I'll share a few pictures of who makes me happy!
